I am not sure what you are trying to accomplish when you want to grow shorter. My own height also does not suit me. In my case, I wish to grow taller rather than shorter. This post is designed to help you become shorter no matter what the reason may be.

Steps to Follow if You Want to Get Shorter
First thing first, let’s get some facts straight. There is no method that is better than another when it comes to shrinking your body. But these steps I am sharing with you are somewhat different from the ones you may be used to.
Drink Enough Water
First, you need to drink plenty of water every day. You can do this by simply drinking at least 64 ounces (3 cups) of water, but if you are used to drinking 64 ounces of water on any particular day, you may want to increase it.
If you have less than 64 ounces of water a day, you are considered dehydrated. Dehydration makes you thinner because you lose body water to the system. It is like trying to drink more than 2 liters of water in a day, and that is really bad for your system.
People pay a lot of attention to my height.
Most of the time, they compliment me on my tall stature. They always wonder how tall I am. Some have even asked how tall I am. They even want to touch my neck to know how tall I am. It seems like everyone is interested in my height.
